What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, UPI

Once you are in the payment gateway page, kindly ensure to process the payment within 5 mins. The items will not return to stock rather it will be in your cart.

Which Courier Service Will be sending you Orders?

Shipping will be done via India Parcel Service as default ,as their coverage is across our country.

We do have partnership with Xpressbee, Delhivery and much more .If you need delivery via any of these Private Courier , Kindly contact us via whatsapp. Shipping charge will be different for Private couriers.

When will my order ship? (or) To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

After your payment is verified, Shipping will be done in 1 or 2 working days . it takes up to 5-10 working days from your order confirmation date . This does not include weekends or holidays.

What does “In-transit” mean for Post tracking?

Something you may want to cover for your customers is that “In-transit” means that we have dispatched the goods to your postal office, and that they are travelling to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.

How Will I know the status of my Parcel / Package?

After shipment , you will get a mail with Tracking id .Or under the Tab ” My Orders’, you can find the tracking id updated. You can use the Tracking id , to know the status of package

Return Policy

How to Raise Return and Refunds?

Kindly take a uninterrupted video while opening the parcel and send it on whatsapp @ 9486764797 . It’s mandatory for claiming refund /Exchange. If the product is damage , raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with the opening video from Start to End and pic of damages parts

Of late we are handing many branded products , which comes as a sealed pack with a laminated cover wrapped in it. so it’s mandatory to take an opening video from unwrapping the outer cover ( breaking seal) , so that we can raise an issue to company / manufacturer and claim refund /Exchange.

In a condition that toy usability is affect, either the product Will be taken back and replaced with new one , Or we will give percentage refund as per the usability of the product.

Note : Outer cardboard or courier cover damage will not be considered as damage and cannot be claimed
